Membership is based on paid annual dues and is renewed each year in April.
The annual membership dues of $160.00 shall be payable in advance for each year. In addition to paying the annual membership dues there will be a one-time initiation fee of $15.00. New members joining June through December will pay a prorated amount of $15.00 per month plus an initiation fee of $15.00. Prorated rates allowed only one time per member. New members joining in January through March will pay the annual fee of $160.00, plus the initiation fee, plus an additional prorated fee of $45.00 in January; or $30.00 in February; or $15.00 in March.
When both husband and wife wish to join the club, one will pay the full membership fee, the spouse will pay a membership fee of $40.00, and the initiation fee for both will be waived. The spouse will become a full member and receive their own key after completing an orientation.
If the spouse of a current member decides to join the club they will need to attend an orientation and pay a membership fee of $40.00. If member and spouse renew their memberships the following year the fee for the spouse will be $10.00.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be legally able to own a firearm.
You must attend a monthly meeting to get voted into the club or make special arrangements with the membership committee. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at our Milton range clubhouse, 10853 N. Milton Rd. (old state highway 26) Milton, WI. (see the ABOUT RCRPC page for additional club information).

New Member Application:
To apply for membership you will be required to fill out both an application and waiver form. Sign and date them, and send them in with your payment (base on the above payment schedule) at least one week in advance of when you will be attending the monthly meeting to be voted in. In addition, you will be required to attend a range orientation prior to being voted into the club by the members. When this is all completed you will receive your membership card, I.D. button, and security key.

If you choose, you can bring the forms and payment to the monthly meeting. However, this will delay getting your membership I.D. button and security key.
